Add the oil, garlic, and almonds to a pan and toast lightly until they're golden.

Step 1

Add them to a food processor along with the bell peppers, tomatoes, paprika, salt and water & blitz until smooth.

Step 2

You can choose how smooth or chunky you'd like your romesco dip.
