Vegan Souvlaki

Here's a great barbeque or meal prep recipe using tofu.  I've created THE best vegan souvlaki you'll ever have.

Let me show you how easy they are to make!

We need to marinate the tofu pieces in herbs & spices overnight (even 2-3 days).

Step 1

If you'd like to make vegan tzatziki, do it the day before (recipe linked below).

Step 2

Put the tofu pieces on skewers and grill them until you achieve a nice char on the outside. Keep brushing them with the marinade for extra flavor as they grill.

To make flatbread, I've included a quick & easy 4 ingredient recipe in the post! Alternatively, use store-bought. 

Step 4

The serving options for this vegan souvlaki are endless! Here are a few: - Rice - Greek-style salad - Dairy-free Tzatziki - Flatbread - Vegan Greek feta
