Description
Done in just a few minutes, this creamy tahini dressing has the perfect balance of flavours to be used on various dishes such as salad, vegetables, bowls, wraps and burgers.
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons / 90g hulled tahini
- 1 tablespoon + ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
- 4–8 tablespoons ice-cold water*
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
- Serve on top of falafels, wraps, salads, and Buddha bowls.
- It keeps in the fridge for up to one week.
Notes
Water: Add as much water as you like to reach the consistency you’re after. This will also vary depending on which tahini you use.
