How To Make Tahini Dressing

Done in just a few minutes, this creamy tahini dressing has the perfect balance of flavours to be used on various dishes such as salad, vegetables, bowls, wraps and burgers.


  • 6 tablespoons / 90g hulled tahini
  • 1 tablespoon + ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
  • 48 tablespoons ice-cold water*


  1. Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
  2. Serve on top of falafels, wraps, salads, and Buddha bowls.
  3. It keeps in the fridge for up to one week.


Water: Add as much water as you like to reach the consistency you’re after. This will also vary depending on which tahini you use.
