  1. Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your emails, it’s a part of my routine on a Sunday morning, so much so that my heart missed a beat when I read M&M signing off!
Well done on an always interesting informative email. I look forward to hearing from you next year!
Regards, Kelly – New Zealand 🙂

  2. I found your website too late for this Christmas but as a new vegan this is going to be GREAT for next year!! It’d be nice to surprise my family with a tasty feast (especially as they all thing vegan=rabbit food).
Thank you for SUCH an inspiring website xx

  3. Thank you for these recipes. I’m newly gluten free due to Celiac’s disease and have been looking for some decent alternatives to everything I used to eat. Almost a full vegetarian now with occasional fish and eggs but looking to go vegan as I despise animal cruelty. Thank you for the recipes!

  4. Hi, great recipe roundup, however they seem to be mostly ideas for cooler weather. Most years I hope for a warm/hot Christmas Day and make lunch using some of the wonderful summer veggies and fruit currently at the market – asparagus, cherries and melon being a great starting point. I find this approach helps us to eat simple but delicious food.

    1. Hi Jill, I totally see what you’re saying! Majority of the contributors to this post are US and Europe based so this is why it’s mainly the cooler climate recipes. I will have a wonderful summer trifle on the blog this week so keep an eye out for that one!!
