    1. Yes it can 🙂 Best way to do it is to freeze it in an ice cube container and use as needed.

  1. So good! Stuffed mushrooms with this and also had some left over to put on some bread. I can see why one should always have it on hand.

    1. Yes I was confused at first, but I learned if ever wondering which is which just smell them. Cilantro has a distinct, sort of sweet smell but parsley, barely a scent!

      1. Barely a scent?

        Wow!

Surely depends on the type – flat leaf has a VERY strong scent to me,
but maybe guess my senses must be super hero in nature 😀

Curly parsley does have less of a scent – you have to give it a good old smashing up in a mortar and pestle, but it’s there!

        Parsley has an amazing scent.

Perhaps you are referring to on the plant and putting your nose right up against or rubbing the plant slightly – yes, coriander absolutely wins out on the scent level there.

But rub a little harder on a flat leaf parsley with your fingers and the scent just blooms out and becomes as dominant as coriander. I find it stays on the fingers for much longer. I can smell it for hours after.
